Raj Dhami Dental Expert Witness

Raj has been providing dental expert witness reports for a number of years, for both claimants and defendants and has given evidence in civil court as well as in regulatory procedures.

Raj has completed the CUBS Bond Solon Expert Witness Course. This accreditation ensures he is fully aware of Civil Rules and Procedures, his reports are fully court compliant and written to the highest standards, and he demonstrates excellence in courtroom skills.

Prior to providing dental expert witness reports, Raj worked within the regulatory process at the General Dental Council, as an Investigating Committee Member, a Fitness to Practice Panel member and an Interim Orders Committee member. These roles, alongside his current work as a clinical advisor for NHS England and Denplan Simplyhealth, have provided Raj with a wealth of knowledge that assist in his report writing and ability to give live evidence.
